The locating pins are designed to allow the Birdie Bar to rest on the front face, these pins help minimize wear on the bed knife contact tip. Additionally, they ensure that the Birdie Bar remains perpendicular to both the front face and the centerline of the cutting unit, enhancing overall functionality, accuracy and consistency.
Designed for your convenience, these pins can be taken off at any time without any tools, while ensuring that the calibration remains unchanged.
